  Poor customer service, confusing layout, but worst out of all - a dodgy service department that is inventing fake issues / broken parts that in reality are perfectly fine. After taking my Mazda 3 in to just have some light bulbs replaced, I was horrified to be advised that during their "free vehicle inspection", that I did not request, they found that my near side rear coil spring was broken and that it was dangerous to drive on it. Being presented with something that would apparently cost £251.36 to correct, I decided to take the risk, drive away, and get a second opinion from a trusted mechanic who in fact confirmed that the coil spring was perfectly fine and in "like new" condition! Thanks Orbital Mazda! You have just helped me to make up my mind on my imminent new car purchase, and it sure will not be a car from your dealership!
